How to reserve Music Mania for your event

If you would like to reserve Music Mania for your event, please contact our office and they will send a contract package right to you. The package will include stamped return envelopes to return your contract copy with initial payment. The other envelope will be for you to return your party/reception questionnaire song list and agenda sheets. They will have instructions on when you'll need to return them.

Payment Schedule

Music Mania requires a $200 initial payment to reserve and guarantee your day. The final balance is due upon arrival of our personnel at the performance site and must be in the form of cash, certified check, or postal money order. You may prepay the balance by personal check as long as we receive it at least 14 days prior to the performance date. You may also pay by credit card using Pay Pal through our web site. Pay Pal payments must be posted 24 hours before the performance date.

Delivery Information

The following are subject to additional delivery charges:
     - Performance sites beyond 20 miles from our office.
     - Downtown Chicago locations.
     - Performance sites on boats or ships (regardless if they stay        docked).
     - Any location where the equipment must be carried up or down
        any stairs.

Overtime Options

 $75.00 per ½ hour

Overtime requested after the start of the performance must be paid prior to the start of the overtime.
