Do You Provide A Written Agreement?
Yes, It is very important to confirm your booking in writing. Terms
will be clearly defined so everyone will know what to expect and
what will be provided.
Are You Insured?
Yes, We are covered by a $2,000,000 liability insurance policy.
All DJ's are covered by workman's compensation insurance. We can
provide a certificate of insurance upon request. Your banquet facility
can be added as an additional insured for a nominal fee.
Are you a registered company?
Yes, we are registered and incorporated with the state of Illinois
since 1987.
Is Your Equipment of Professional Quality?
Yes, There is a difference between home audio and professional road-worthy
equipment. We only use professional audio equipment from industry
leaders that's designed to go on the road each and every day! You
can not purchase this type of equipment from Best Buy or Circuit
City.
Do You Have Backup Equipment and DJ's?
Yes, Even professional audio equipment can fail on occasion. We
have back up equipment on site in the unlikely event of equipment
malfunction. We reserve one DJ as back up for the day in the event
of accident or illness.
Will You Listen To My Music Suggestions?
Yes, We want to know the type of music that you enjoy. We will work
with you regarding the music format for your event that will best
please everyone.
Will You Dress Appropriately at My Affair?
Yes, For Wedding receptions your DJ should be dressed formally "Tuxedo"
or a suit and tie.
For other events it should generally be up to the client's preference
on the proper attire.
Will You Play The Music At An Appropriate Level?
Yes, The biggest concern voiced by prospective clients is the volume
level of the music. A professional DJ knows to keep the volume at
a level appropriate for the guests, especially during cocktails
and the dinner hour. Don't be afraid to ask to have the volume adjusted!
Do You Do More Than Just Play Music at the Event?
Yes, It is important to have a DJ who is capable of playing the
right music and providing the interaction to make it really fun
for you and your guests. Your DJ should also handle all of the announcements
and help to coordinate the affair. Our DJ's will also coordinate
with your banquet facility, photographers and videographers to insure
everything goes smoothly.
Will You Listen to My Concerns and Input?
Yes, This is why your dj will spend time with you the week before
your event going over all the details and finding out your likes
and dislikes, so the night of your event you can enjoy yourselves
and we'll let you know if and when you need to do things. Otherwise,
whenever you have a question or need any ideas about music, give
us a call anytime, we'll be glad to help.
